Failed Conversions
A file might fail to convert or load in the 3D Viewer for different reasons.
Common reasons for failed file conversions:
Files may have failed due to an internal server issue
The file is corrupted
If a corrupted model is added to the project, the 3D Viewer will still try to load it. When reading the model fails, it appears as red in the Models Tab.

Retry File Conversion
If a model has failed to convert, you can retry the conversion process directly from the 3D Viewer.
Prerequisites
These instructions assume that you already have a model which has failed to convert in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.
To retry conversion
Open the Models panel.
Ensure that the Models Tab is in the Selected models filtered view.
Open the overflow menu for the model you want to convert.
Click Retry file conversion.
