Editing & Deleting Clip Planes
Move a Clip Plane
Prerequisites
These instructions assume that you have already created a clip plane in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.
To move a clip plane
Click on the clip plane icon.
Hold down the left mouse button and drag the clip plane to a new place.
When the clip plane is placed correctly, release the left mouse button.
Flip a Clip Plane
Prerequisites
These instructions assume that you have already created a clip plane in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.
To flip a clip plane
Select a clip plane.
The editing toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click Switch direction from the Clip Plane Editing Toolbar.
Rotate a Clip Plane
Prerequisites
These instructions assume that you have already created a clip plane in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.
To flip a clip plane
Select a clip plane (if it is not already selected).
The editing toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click Rotate button from the Clip Plane Editing Toolbar.
Click and drag the X, Y or Z axis handles.
Click Done.
Note: You can reset the rotation by opening the dropdown menu located next to the Rotate button.
Delete a Clip Plane
Prerequisites
These instructions assume that you have already created a clip plane in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.
To delete a clip plane
Select a clip plane.
The editing toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click Delete from the Clip Plane Editing Toolbar.
Delete All Clip Planes
Prerequisites
These instructions assume that you have already created a clip plane in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.
To delete all clip planes
On the toolbar, open the clip plane options dropdown menu.
Click the Delete all clip planes option.
A confirmation dialog will display. Click Delete all.
